I hope you are always satisfied with my products, if ever not, you can return your purchased item for free within 14 days of delivery, as long as you follow the standard free process in the section below.

Return policy
The right of return applies only to unworn, unwashed and flawless items. Please make sure not to remove or damage attached labels. The return is made with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered (DHL). If you choose another way of return, you will bear the corresponding costs yourself. Personalized items are excluded from return.
Free standard return shipping with DHL:
Please send the Withdrawal form by e-mail to [email protected] to inform me about your return or wish to withdraw from the contract. Please enter the reason for return in the form so that I can constantly improve my service.
STEP 2
I will then immediately send you the DHL return label, which you please attach to the outside of the package. With this sticker, the return shipment is free of charge for you and automatically goes to the correct recipient address.
STEP 3
Please pack the item safely and carefully, if possible in the original packaging and attach the return label to your package.
STEP 4

STEP 5
Once the package has arrived at PUDDINGTOWN, you will receive an email confirmation and the purchase amount will be refunded immediately.
Refund of the purchase price
